Predicting initial models with ModelAngelo
==========================================

ModelAngelo is an automatic model building program for cryo-EM maps (:cite:p:`jamali2023modelangelo`). 
In this tutorial we show how to generate ModelAngelo models, with or without using a sequence as input, for a 3D density map using the
*Scipion* framework.

* Compare initial models with already traced models
