Requirements
------------

This tutorial requires, in addition to *Scipion* (plugins `scipion-em-chimera <https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-chimera>`_ and `scipion-em-phenix <https://github.com/scipion-em/scipion-em-phenix>`_ ),
the `PHENIX suite <https://www.phenix-online.org/download/>`_. This tutorial has been tested for the PHENIX v. 1.20.1-4487. `AlphaFold <https://www.deepmind.com/open-source/alphafold>`_ version 2.1.1 or upgraded should be installed to predict locally multimer structures.
